Who We Are

REBarCamp is a grassroots movement of real estate professionals who believe in peer-to-peer learning, open collaboration, and community-driven growth. We’re not trainers or coaches—we’re industry practitioners passionate about sharing what works and learning from each other.

What We Do

We run unconference-style events where the agenda is created on the day by the attendees. There are no keynote speakers or sales pitches — just real conversations about the topics that matter most to you. Whether you're an agent, property manager, buyer’s agent, strata manager, or conveyancer, REBC is where industry minds meet to teach, learn, and grow together.

Why We Exist

The real estate industry is changing fast, and traditional conferences can’t keep up. REBarCamp exists to:

• Surface the issues that matter now—directly from the people doing the work
• Empower professionals to teach what they know and ask for what they need
• Create a space that’s inclusive, supportive, and truly useful
• Foster real-world connections that last beyond the event

How It Works

• Show up with an open mind and a willingness to share
• Add your session ideas to the board: What do you want to learn? What can you teach?
• Vote on the topics that interest you most
• Join any session, move freely, take notes, ask questions. This is your camp
