REBarCamp Australia Inc. is an incorporated not-for-profit association that organises and supports REBarCamp events around the country.

We are a volunteer-led organisation working to build a stronger, more connected real estate industry—one conversation at a time. Through our events, we create space for professionals across the property sector to learn from each other, share experiences, and challenge the status quo.

What We Do

REBarCamp Australia Inc. facilitates REBarCamp events—collaborative, agenda-free, participant-led gatherings where learning is driven by curiosity and shared experience. These are not traditional conferences:

• No keynotes
• No panels
• No sales pitches
• No pre-set agenda

Instead, attendees build the schedule together on the day. Sessions are open conversations led by peers, not presenters. We encourage people to move between sessions using the “rule of two feet”—if a discussion isn’t serving you, find one that does.

Why It Matters

We believe that the best ideas in our industry don’t come from the top down. They come from the hallway chats, the shared stories, the unfiltered questions, and the people who are willing to listen and learn from each other.
