What is REBarCamp?

REBarCamp is Australia’s real estate unconference — a peer-led, no-pitch, community-powered event where the agenda is shaped by the people in the room.

There are no keynotes, no panels, and no egos. Just real conversations about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s changing in the industry we all share. If you’re curious, open-minded, and ready to contribute, this is your camp.

How it works

Show up curious. You don’t need to be a speaker — just bring your questions, ideas, and lived experience. Build the agenda together. Add your topic to the board or vote on the ones that matter to you.

Choose your sessions. Move freely, join any conversation, and follow the ideas that interest you most.

Learn from your peers. No stages, no hierarchy — everyone teaches and everyone learns.
